Pay Scale & Compensation Benefits
Candidates inducted as Management Trainees will initially undergo training in E-1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- at an initial Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month. On successful completion of the 1-year training period and passing the mandatory test, they will be regularized in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000/- with a basic salary of Rs. 60,000/- along with IDA, HRA, Perquisites, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
Age Limit Criteria (As on 31/03/2026)
- Upper Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years for General (UR) & EWS category candidates.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Relaxation: Upper age relaxation extra by 3 Years (Max 33 Years).
- SC / ST Category Relaxation: Upper age relaxation extra by 5 Years (Max 35 Years).
- PwBD Category Relaxation: Gen-10 Years, OBC-13 Years, SC/ST-15 Years extra relaxation as per standard reservation laws.
