- Tier-I CBT Examination: Computer Based Test layout encompassing Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language parameters.
- Tier-II CBT & Skill Assessment: Objective pattern containing mathematical modules, reasoning modules, English, general awareness tracking, and mandatory physical Data Entry Speed Test parameters.
- Navigate directly to the official Commission web system at ssc.gov.in.
- Initiate or access your One-Time Registration (OTR) profile configuration to verify basic biometric and qualification identities.
- Log in into the active portal using your unique OTR username credentials and active password.
- Click on the active dashboard panel link labeled "Combined Graduate Level Examination 2026 Apply Online".
- Verify the primary personal profile details synced up from your OTR profile data and specify elective educational lines.
- Utilize the system-integrated dynamic live-camera application feature to snap an automated clear passport photograph showing straight facial alignment against plain light backgrounds.
- Upload a high-quality scanned copy of your written signatures in the specified file format limitations.
- Complete the category processing balance fee of Rs. 100/- using any integrated online card setup or online net banking option (Exempted profiles directly skip this processing balance stage).

- Download, export, and print out the completed digital system application form file for your confirmation needs.
