Short Information: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued Advertisement No. 14/2026 for the Teacher Recruitment Examination 4.0 (TRE 4.0) under the Education Department and SC/ST Welfare Department, Government of Bihar. Key Exam Changes & Special Provisions
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd Negative Marking is introduced for incorrect answers in TRE 4.0.
- STET 2026 Appearing Candidates: Allowed to apply by uploading an STET Declaration Form and entering BSEB Unique ID.
- CTET Certificate Details: Candidates must fill in the Serial Number mentioned on the CTET Marksheet/Certificate.
- Registration Mode: BPSC OTR (One Time Registration) + DigiLocker integration required before submitting application.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE FOR BPSC TRE 4.0 2026
- Step 1: Visit the official BPSC website at bpsc.bihar.gov.in or onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in.
- Step 2: Complete One Time Registration (OTR) using personal details, mobile number, and email ID.
- Step 3: Log in using credentials and navigate to "BPSC TRE 4.0 Application Form (Advt 14/2026)".
- Step 4: Choose applicant category, enter academic marks, CTET Roll No. / Certificate Serial No., or BSEB Unique ID for STET appearing candidates.
- Step 5: Upload STET Self-Declaration Form (if applicable), photo, signature, and domicile/category certificates.
- Step 6: Pay the fee of ₹100 online, verify draft preview, and submit final application.
